Every platform publishes a monthly price. None of them show you what is left after the transaction fee and the card processing fee are taken out. Put your numbers in and see the difference.

How this is calculated

Three separate costs come out of every sale, and only the first one is on the pricing page.

1. The plan. A flat monthly charge. Annual billing is cheaper on every platform here.
2. The platform transaction fee. A percentage of each sale, on top of the plan. Teachable Starter takes 7.5%; Podia Mover takes 5%. Every other plan in this table is 0%.
3. Card processing. Roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per sale, charged by Stripe whichever platform you use. This is why the number of sales matters and not just the revenue: 100 sales of $30 costs $30 more in fixed fees than 10 sales of $300.

Kajabi is the exception on payment method. Connecting your own Stripe instead of Kajabi Payments adds 5% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro, on top of Stripe's own cut. Tick the box above to see it. Thinkific, Teachable and Podia do not charge that surcharge in primary markets.

What this does not include

• Email marketing, if the plan does not bundle it
• Affiliate payouts, refunds and chargebacks
• International card fees, which run about 1% higher
• Taxes and VAT/GST handling
