This policy explains what Fees & Figures collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Short version: we do not sell your data and we collect as little as we can.

What we collect
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records aggregate counts — pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, device type — and never stores an identifier for you. No profile is built, no cross-site tracking happens, and there is nothing here for us to sell even if we wanted to. That is also why this site has no cookie banner: we do not set an analytics cookie for you to consent to.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. We do not run a newsletter yet. If we start one, this page will say so before a single address is collected, and unsubscribing will be one click in every email.
What we never collect
We do not collect payment details, account credentials, or any data from the platforms we review. Purchases happen entirely on the vendor's own site.
Cookies
- Affiliate cookies. Clicking an affiliate link sets a cookie from that company or its affiliate network, so they can credit the referral. It typically lasts 30 to 90 days. See our affiliate disclosure.
- No analytics cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so the only cookies that reach you from here are the affiliate ones above — and only if you click such a link.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them; only the affiliate attribution stops functioning, which costs us money, not you.
Third parties
Data may pass through providers that host or serve this site and handle email delivery, and through the affiliate networks named in our affiliate disclosure. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with anyone.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request disclosure or deletion of personal information and opt out of any sale — we do not sell personal information. Email hello@feesandfigures.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept for two years. Analytics data is aggregate, tied to no one, and retained for up to six months.
Children
This site is aimed at people running a business and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
